The Fathom Collection is about fighting the fiercest of battles and realizing they’re often the ones found inside. With frames featuring translucent, crystal blue paint treatment pairs with deep black hues, the colors of this collection represent those internal storms raging and shadows looming, this collection reminds us that a relentless whirlwind is the necessary consequence of progress, and forward movement only happens after we quiet the storms within. Each style in the Fathom Collection comes with a special microbag with a print inspired by the collection.
BXTR pays homage to Baxter Street, a popular skate spot in Los Angeles where style and authenticity are always on display, just like this frame. The sunglass was developed by Oakley®’s team of designers who worked closely with friends of the brand in search of the next fresh take on lifestyle eyewear. In a nod to our heritage, BXTR features a shield design and a modernized trigger stem inspired by Oakley’s original Razor Blade sunglasses, mixed with modern style to elevate individuality. The plant-based BiO-Matter®* frame material provides lightweight comfort and durability.
*BiO-Matter is made from bio-materials having at least 56% bio-based carbon content (representing ratio of castor oil to fossil sources)

Take care of your lenses
To help maintain the High Definition Optics® (HDO®) of Oakley lenses, your new eyewear comes with a specially-woven electrostatic Microclear™ bag for cleaning and storage. Using it will preserve the superior optical quality of Oakley's pure Plutonite® lenses. Hand wash and air-dry the Microclear™ bag regularly.
