How to provide your prescription

To process your order, we will need a copy of your prescription and pupillary distance measurements after your checkout.

Many prescriptions include the pupillary distance measurements (often referred to as PD within the prescription) or can be provided by your eye doctor. Alternatively, we can send you a pupillary distance measurement tool for you to use at home.

You can choose between 2 options:
