Meets The Standard For U.S Army Protective Eyewear

There is no substitute for the best protection on the front lines. For over 20 years, Oakley® Standard Issue™ has been providing protective eyewear solutions for the U.S. Military. The Authorized Protective Eyewear List (APEL®) contains 'APEL® approved' products that must pass a rigorous laboratory evaluation that includes ANSI High Impact, Velocity, Optics, and MIL PRF 32432 (MIL SPEC). Additionally, all eyewear undergoes an end-user evaluation with participants wearing the eyewear during marksmanship, physical fitness, and mobility exercises.
