Tax Exemption

Your order may be tax exempt if you are:

(a) Paying with a government (Federal/State/Local) credit card

(b) Shipping to an FPO/APO address

(c) Shipping to a state with no sales tax

(d) Shipping to a “No Nexus” state (Oakley has no corporate presence)

How to establish your account as Tax Exempt:

If you are paying with a State or Local government credit card, you must submit tax exemption paperwork in order for your account to be tax exempt. You must mail or fax the original tax exempt form completed in full to Oakley’s tax department before placing order at:

Include your Oakley Standard Issue account name and customer number in your correspondence with the
Oakley tax department.

Your orders will include sales tax until your tax-exempt status is confirmed.
